Isn't that just the hardest thin...Good for you. Isn't that just the hardest thing sometimes? Treating ourselves as well as we treat our kids or other loved ones? I believe you can do it!<br /><br />Paul and I have made a huge effort to eat early with the girls (like between 5:30 and 6:00), and then stay out of the snacks for the rest of the night. I can say that I think we're both sleeping better and feeling better for it. Like you, we used to love to eat and drink late. It wasn't uncommon for me to have dinner at 9:00.
