Megan goes vegan, chooses happiness, practices yoga, and generally gets her life together.
I have lots of suggestions but it depends on the topic. What are thinking, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, or something else?Ali
I open to everything you mentioned plus religious conversion. I want to keep my husband and kids, but I'm open to any other type of radical, positive change. I already colored my hair - with 100% natural henna. :) I'm serious.
While it was difficult I think "Eat to Live" made a huge impact in our health. It does mean a radical dietary change but one that I think is very worth it and will result in better health for your entire family. I would be happy to share all the tips I learned on our journey.I have recently (over the last three month) gotten back into weight lifting (after not doing it regularly for almost 30 years) and it is doing wonders for my body that yoga, pilates and running didn't do in decades. You may want to consider that.Good for you changing to henna. I gave up dye and just let the gray come out. Maybe I should consider henna. ;-)If you want to talk off line send me a email.hugs,Ali
